The application captures essential details and pertinent information regarding visitors when they enter the apartment for various purposes. It features an appealing user interface, enhanced by the AdminLTE Template, and includes user-friendly functionalities that improve the overall experience for the end-user.

Users must log in using their valid and registered credentials to access the project's features and functionalities. This application includes features such as Apartment List Management, Visitor Logging Form, Visitor Check-out Form, and Listing Visitor Records. Additionally, it produces printable reports of visitor records organized by data. The Apartment Management system was designed to support CRUD (Create, Read, Update, and Delete) operations. The visitor logs capture essential details about each visitor, including their names and contact information, as well as the date and time of each log entry.

How to Run the Project

• Download the project and unzip it.
• Go to your XAMPP folder, find the htdocs directory, and paste the extracted project folder in there.
• Open your browser (Chrome/Firefox works best) and go to:  http://localhost/phpmyadmin
• Create a new database (use the name given in Readme.txt).
• Click "Import" and upload the .sql file from the DATABASE FILE folder.
• Head to: http://localhost/[YOUR_PROJECT_FOLDER_NAME]/
• Use the login details from the project folder to access the system.
• That’s it! Now you’re ready to explore the Apartment Visitor Management System.
